|
Automated design of cluster supercomputers is a challenging task, for many factors and constraints must be taken into account. We divide the design workflow into separate stages and describe how those stages can be automated using web services -- software modules working in concert. We show that web services can be useful even as standalone tools. We demonstrate two web services -- one is used for designing fat-tree networks, and the other one is a performance model. We also present results of sample runs of these services. |
