Bill McMillan

Bill has a B.Eng in Naval Architecture and Offshore Engineering from the University of Strathclyde, Scotland and a post graduate diploma in management from the Open University. Prior to joining Platform Computing in 1997, he was a researcher at the Department of Aeronautical Engineering at the University of Glasgow parallelizing CFD codes. Bill originally joined Platform as a consultant, and has held many different positions including systems engineer, technical marketing specialist, solution architect and product manager. For the last 5 years he has been the Director of Product Management responsible for the Platform LSF family of products and Platform MPI.
