Dr. Shinji Sumimoto

Shinji Sumimoto is a senior architect in software develop division of Next Generation Technical Computing Unit at Fujitsu Ltd, and a research fellow of IT systems laboratories at Fujitsu Laboratories Ltd. He is in charge of technical development in software develop division, especially highly scalable communication and large scale cluster file system. His research interests are in high performance computing system architectures, especially high performance communication and large scale computing architectures. Sumimoto received PhD degrees in electrical engineering from Keio University.
