Kathryn O'Brien

Manager Exascale Research Program, IBM Research

Kathryn O'Brien is a Research Staff Member at IBM T.J Watson Research Center, and currently manages the Exascale program there. Kathryn O’Brien has worked at IBM for 25 years as a researcher at IBM TJ Watson Research Center, where she has held a number of technical, and management and staff positions. Here research focus is in the area of compilers and programming models for High Performance Systems, and she holds over 20 patents in these areas.
