|Abstract:||The coupled problem statement for aerogasdynamics, internal heat-mass-transfer and thermal strength of heat shield structures of hypersonic vehicles is formulated. The method for numerical solving of the problem is suggested which is based on the iterative solution of three types of detached problems: gasdynamics problem for chemical reaction turbulent flows, internal heat and mass transfer into constructions of hypersonic vehicles and thermoelasticity of shell constructions. Computer-aided software package SIGMA that implements obtained algorithms and capable to perform calculations on high-performance computers is developed. Examples of numerical solution of the coupled problem of aerogasdynamics and thermal strength of elements of heat shield structures of advanced vehicles are given. It is shown that due to high temperatures of aerodynamic heating of structures made of polymer composite materials there can appear a thermodecomposition because of the polymer phase thermodecomposition and intensive internal gas generation into the structure of the materials. For the gasdynamics solver efficiency closed to linear is saved up to 256 cores then it starts to decrease.
